Why should this player be punished?: During a PD raid, the user was cuffed in PD jail cells. Then, he was broken out and he remained in his cell while a shootout was happening. During this time, I was a TFU who decided to clear the jail cells. While I was going down, I saw 2 life alerts and shortly after, I killed one of the raiders. Then, I saw a new player who was cuffed and I instructed him to climb up the staircase (unfortunately, I don't know why the audio is not working). While this was happening, we can see Toby starting sprinting towards me (note that this is happening 15-20 seconds after I killed the raider). He peaks the corner and I incidentally shot him because I thought he had a gun and that he was trying to take advantage of me instructing the new player. I do believe that this could have been avoided if the user had decided to do one of the following: He could have made himself known by saying that he was there and unarmed, also he could have remained in his cell to avoid any type of gunfire, or at least he could have put his hands up which could have saved him. Also, while he was sprinting, there was one raider still inside one of the cells which also put him between the crossfire of the raiders and LEOs.
