Not 3.4 as from my perspective. I didn't even know you were there until you started talking. I heard you say "get out of your car" but I never saw you until I got out and raised my gun. If you were right next to my car saying get out with a gun raised, I wouldve done it but that wasn't the case.
And I only disconnected from the server after my screen was already black, so I don't know where you're going with that. As far as I know, once you're fully dead it's completely within the rules of the server to disconnect.
You're this far away, yelling "get out" through the trees where I can't even see you at all from my perspective. Like I said, if you had actually popped out of the trees and properly gunpointed me, I would've had no choice but to comply.
You can't see because your rifle is in the way, but by the time you aimed at me, I had my gun raised.
This was even earlier in the clip than your screenshot, before you even aimed over towards me, I already had drawn my weapon.
By the time you actually had me at "gunpoint", where you actually aimed at me, my gun was already drawn and I have no need to surrender at that point. I had plenty of time to draw before you actually had me under gunpoint because you were so far away and concealed in trees. You obviously didn't have a clear line of sight on me, or you wouldn't have come out of the tree looking the wrong way
Do you see my character's right arm? The gun is literally being drawn in this picture. And as my picture above shows, it was being drawn before you turned right to point your gun at me. If you wanted me to surrender you probably should've made yourself visible before blindly shouting commands through the trees, if I didn't think I had time to draw on you I wouldn't have done so, but clearly based on the outcome, I did.
