Honestly no, it did not cross my mind too be honest, I will admit fault on my behalf as quite frankly I just was not paying attention, again as i said before im not telepathic, how was i supposted to know whats going on all i know was I died waited 10 mins aloo had a gun out so i went back into my appartment heard aloo died so i threw a nade downstairs but did not have many more guns so i could not really do much.

However my question is why where you there for so long, could you not have gotten whatever you came for and left? like a normal raid?

From the demo @ALOO89 and @Lushi were holding them from outside, ticket booth and their vehicles, this had occured for a bit with Bajeet attempting to peak Aloo from the windows with little to no success, eventually Lushi ran in during the raid and got killed, then they held inside of an apartment until Aloo had peaked, got critically injured and bled out before he was able to bandaged, which all took a significant amount of time to resolve.

as i replied earlier i was solo up against x number of counters who wouldn’t push up and just held the only exit out of projex (which defeats the purpose of a counter raid) i would love to find out how you would want me to leave if you were in this situation.

I can confirm that he did store it but told me he will give it back after the raid.

mate honestly im not doubting you ability what so ever u know i not able to prolong raids for 10 mins as quite frankly im not that good im not going to lie to you, I mean i played my part i accept if i need to get punished for it thats fine, as i just was not responding to anyone really, I just hope you understand i had limited context on the situation thats all im saying

@SomeUser In this situation, you had evidently broke 3,5 and returned to the situation in which you had died, as you failed to take into consideration that Aloo could of been involved in the situation of which you had died, In addition to returning to the scene and storing a firearm in the area you had died, you also returned to your apartment and had threw a grenade out of your property for an unknown reason, which had actually caused Baljeet to wrongfully assume that it was P2 that had done so here

Speaking of @Baljeet Singh will not be receiving a punishment in this situation, Whilst they knew Tyrone had arrived back at Projex following a callout from their org member, it is never specified where they went, all they can here is them stating "me" in the staircase then closing and locking a door( which for all Baljeet could of known, it could of been P2 doing that) This is an unfortunate situation that had occurred as a result of a rule break from another player.

In addition to this @ALOO89 considering the fact that you had good intentions with storing the Firearm for @Baba Won to ensure that it wasn't mingegrabbed, you won't be recieving punishment here as you had been given permission by Baba to do this, but do not do this in the future please as it would be in violation of rules in typical circumstances.

@24k3 I am going to figure out what happened to your firearm as it was still lost as a direct result of a rule break in this situation looking at logs it has seemingly ended up in @Baba Won's inventory, I will message you both via discord in order to retrieve that firearm

@SomeUser Although this is your first infraction for 3.5, you are an experienced player, and as explained above, you should of known better then to return to a situation which is possibly the same situation as the one that you had died within, as such you will be receiving a 2 day ban considering the significance of the rule break and how severely it had effected the situation.
