Why should this player be punished?: My mate was trying to steal a chop shop car and they come up and kill him for no valid reason. Also later on when we're trying to steal the same vehicle they start shooting at us from the highway.

I know for a fact I did not run into your character mate, the only knowledge I have of you existing is trying to kill me for doing a chopshop, and I had a suspicion you were shooting at me and my friends from the highway that connects city to business (which were later confirmed from checking this thread).
