As you can see in the evidence clip, I didn't break any kind of rules. The only thing I saw was I got run over. I stood up and saw my friend running someone over. I never could have seen him holding a gun since I was pointing another direction (It wouldnt have mattered anyway since I didnt take out my gun while he had it). And naturally I take out my gun seeing someone unarmed in a mugable area.

He ran my friend over so I waited for him to get out of the car. My car was also still running, so it was the perfect opportunity to run him over, as he stood in front of the car.
