Why should this player be punished?: Tried to mass RDM and threw a grenade at 3 players, just killing me though. 2 staff members saying they were going to deal with it, but it never happened. Here to make an action request about it.

Goodmorning lucuis we were having a rivarly been happening for past couple days mainly been him harrasing me all the time and failing NLR hes been mad cause i mugged him few days back. Him and his boys pulled up on me 3 people deep infront my base just reacted accordingly to the situation he been failing NLR he put a report cause his freinds raided our base and they got killed by my org members also whenever i order packages from ups he never gives em to me purposely just walks up to my face and laughs and leaves witch i believe is failing rp.

So you wanted to kill all of them over them being on the sidewalk infront of your base? And because a courier didn't give you your package?

No they were clearly a threat initiated raid on my base as soon as I started attacking and had crowbars on them and all raid tools did not come to my house with no good intentions. I am not the one that went up to his house and surrounded him with all my boys and started talking smack I am not a RDM'er been in this server for 10 days play time I and haven't had a incident of murdering a innocent civilian I try my best to play by all the server rules everyday learning something new. For the second question I was just informing you of how he acts towards me so u can have some of my POV of the situation.

- Your base was suburbs 1 or 2 not suburbs 4,
- We were not raiding, we just got done growing to gamble, I think we've might of walked past your front door and ran off.
- We had no firearms or raid tools, (at least in my recollection.)
- No threats were made, we were just talking to you about how to pass the PD test,
- You had 2 other guys behind us

I kind of feel bad for reporting since I didn't know you're a new player. We really didn't lose anything or was too angry by it, if found guilty @Lucius Husky give him a warning. Just didn't know what happened to the initial report I made.

@Glocky just because somewhere is near your base in a public area does not give you a good enough reason to try and kill them, in the clip theres 5 people who you throw your grenade on which were all visibly unarmed and not a threat to your life in any way at that time.

I also do not see a raid being initiated in logs.

Glocky will receive a ban for 2 weeks as this does not seem like an attempted MRDM.
