Why should this player be punished?: The user had started punching me for near enough no reason, I had given him multiple chances to stop although he continued. I was trying to help some sweaters out and was about to give him 25K too for a car despite him punching me a bunch. He had then continued to punch me so I had to knock him out for him to stop. I had then called cops and no one responded as I believe there was none on/they were busy so I dragged the body to the RC station so I could be there when cops find it. I had seen a cop so I had flagged them down and told them what had happened. An hour or so later, the cop had approached me and stated the guy has been arrested 4~ times as he keeps running up to people and punches them for no reason. Lastly, as you can see in the video, I had stopped punching him and offered to give him a bandage but he then continued to punch me more.
Violation of rules 2.5 and 3.4 as he is punching people and risking his life/freedom for no valid reason.
