Why should this player be punished?: I was AFK at the outside of what was once a was vacant bazaar shop, out of the blue I get shot from the side by an Unknown Shooter

At the time of the death, I participated in no raids, muggings or any violent actions towards any other player to make my death reasonable. I acknowledge I typed in chat but only because I was on the phone in real life, not aware of the sound going on around Bazaar as I had no headphones on.
