User shot another player then ran away before being shot by me upon getting the user revived and attempting to take them to the police car to charge the suspect they decided to disconnect from the server.

The player had received a warning for doing this, they gave the excuse that they had burned out their fans playing CS and had to reconnect to the server, however if that was the case, then they likely wouldn't of returned.
