Why should this player be punished?: Made an f6 in game and got told by dev make an action. Can I have a refund please for my guns? (AK47+PISTOL).

Story: Ran out on roundabout near bazzar, got hit, got revived and then threatened in broad daylight to pay for car damages after being hit by guy. Guy picks up my gun and I demand for it back. He chases me to bazar where I withdraw 19980 for an AK47. As soon as I buy the gun he shoots me and collects the gun. 24k+ worth in weapons

well what happend i was driving to bazzar he was walking in middle of road so i had hit not on purpose my car was smokking on t1 throw it he started geting funny abowt his pistol with i did not pick up till he told me as i was holding it for the repair cost he pruceeded to go to bazzar with 4 other pepole watching he was like watch what happen as he has cliped that out then i have told him to go bank he then bought ak101 and pulled it out in hands after saying watch when i come back well that was a threat maid to me there so when i seen him every 1 was around and knew what was going to happen him to spray me with that 101 well he got 1 tap to head to end it all

He did not threaten you, saying he will get a bigger gun is not exactly a threat to your life.
