Why should this player be punished?: Got shot for no reason while unarmed. A staff member took the report but the person had dc. I forgot what the person's name but was from 2 days ago and couldn't find the person's name. The report was taken by Reginald Ficklestein

I will request both yours and his demo and see if by any coincidence he saw you while visibly armed through the window, although I find it quite unlikely. After reviewing all the presented evidence, I think that the person shooting you was reasonable. They had just murdered your friend, and you rushing out towards the moaning and the gun-fire (especially while believing there was an ongoing raid) would warrant the person shooting at you. You also were unfortunate enough to sprint towards where he was located after identifying yourself as one of the defenders of the property.

Some questions have arisen, however, regarding whether the person had a valid reason to kill your friend in the first place, and whether their first interaction really warranted the escalation that took place. I have talked to Off The Radar privately, and he has been quite helpful. I will be conducting a separate investigation regarding that matter, but I will be closing this AR now.
