Why should this player be punished?: Broke 2.5 I believe, Had kos on me as I mugged his 'friend', came back multiple times and then one time came back and shot out my tires, I know this was him as I saw his vehicle exit Wood cabins 2

You state he came back several times, what do you mean, as in he drove past? in addition to this, if he had seen you mug his mate, slashing or shooting your tyres is probably one of the lesser forms of escalation he could of used here. Can you please give further context here.

He drove back seen me shot me through my windows and drove off came back and said like ''come out little piggy'' and drove off again, and then I went outside he hit me with his car and mugged me

I just left you I went to check if the coast was clear I was about to be right back. I drove away literally for 10 seconds

Yes his house went for sale and he was gone. As seen in image. I didn’t know him but I saw it happening and I pulled up and he tried gunpointing me. I offered new player a lift out and he ran out with a gun whilst my car got stuck for a second and we exchanged fire

After reviewing this with several staff members, we have come to the conclusion that the KOS that @Fracket had on you was justfied, after he had arrived at your Wood Cabins, he had seen a new player that had seemingly been mugged, after talking with him and picking him up, you had came out of your house and pointing a firearm at his vehicle, which he had drove behind your house after you had ran back in for a moment, you had exited once again with your weapon drawn and pointed once again, you two then exchanged fire before you had ran back into your house, Fracket pops your tyres and leaves for a moment, then whilst you are roaming outside of your house, you are ran over by him and mugged, before you then disconnect from the server after being mugged.

Any reasonable person would come to the conclusion that you were going to attempt to mug him/gunpoint him, as you had seemingly attempted to do so twice before and aimed a gun at him/ his vehicle, as well as the fact you had already mugged a player who he was now helping.

@durryfish Whilst I wont issue a punishment on this occasion, as I do understand how it may feel to be mugged of your items after being ran over, as it can be frustrating, please do not leave instantly after you see them potentially drive off, at least get out of zip ties, as in this occasion, the player never actually left, they returned and were only checking for police presence.
