Why should this player be punished?: ( i waited about 30 minutes on the server for a mod to give me his Steam ID or name, and i didnt get a response i also tried turning the file into lua to get ids but it didnt work. Hopefully, it's ok?)

Spoken to the user, also make sure your microphone is working; although you didn't properly give him verbal commands, he shouldn't have ran away and should've stayed there to find out what you wanted when you pointing a firearm at him.
