Why should this player be punished?: Drove on the wrong side of the road up the off ramp from business, caused a collision and injured all parties. Claimed "He was british" so he didn't know better, however is not a new player and got a G-Wagon so he should've been very well aware which side if the correct one.

The user has failed to accept my Steam friend request. The logs do show he was the one driving, so based on the presented evidence as well, the user will receive a warning for 3.15. I will spare him the 3.4 part as he was stopped by the crash before he could leave the off-ramp.
