Why should this player be punished?: Pulled out a gun and shot the mayor for no reason what so ever. The taxes were low, policies in order and the mayor had done absolutely nothing to provoke the user.

The user has no forums account or linked Discord, so I will be attempting to add them on Steam. He has 24 hours to accept and explain his actions.

After checking taxes and policies log, it seems like high property tariffs were the only harsh policy being enacted. However, the user did not own any properties at the time, and sales taxes were not high enough to justify the murder. The user had no real reason to murder the mayor, so I will be issuing a ban for 2.5 and 3.12.
