Seeing as @johnlick failed to provide their justification of this despite logging onto the forums after they were asked about their actions, in the clip provided, johnlick is inside of the whisper voice-chat range and turned around soon as they heard @HyZe immediately reaching out for a gun, they should've stopped and acted accordingly to 3.4 seeing as there is a weapon pointed at them and should have taken into consideration that they are unarmed without any cover whatsoever at the time. Quoting rule 3.4:

"Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment, or general well-being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion"

For the elaborated circumstances above, @johnlick will be receiving a two-day ban for their actions
