Why should this player be punished?: Tried to Ziptie me inside Bazaar Shop and then killed me without any reason.
I was making an F6 but I was about to leave the server before he killed me.
I was waiting for 20 minutes to get a response but then I just left.
He also left the server right after he shot me thats why I have no Steam Name or SteamID.

@Valvk why did you kill this man

User hasn't been on the forums since 2021, however his steamname didn't change, it doesn't appear he comes on often on the server so I will see if he pops up today otherwise I will ban him regardless of his answer.
