Why should this player be punished?: I slashed the players tyres after he ran over Omar. He then proceeded to kill me about 30mins after that. The evidence shows the reason for killing me is for slashing his tyres as he stated in looc after killing me.

yes so me and my freind got shot by omar asfuor and than i rand him over at casino when peter came up whit machte and run up to me i thought i was about to die so i drove away when he came agin and boxed me ind whit his fredins and ther had machte pop my tries and destryoed my car so i was running away becus omar i knew if he would find me i would have got killed so i got my freinds to help me killing them and i ditten even kill you peter loiue did + i was after omar for trying to shot me and my freind

All I did was popping your car tyres after you ran over Omar, i had no idea he shot at you before that, however a 1K vehicle cost isn't enough at all to kill me for it? You had many opportunities to kill me, however for some reason you decided to wait about 30mins to then decide to kill me. For all you knew i had already died multiple times. All you got from killing me is an additional lost of your AK and the guns of your friends.
An appropriate response to me slashing your tyres is just forcing me to give you 1k using cops seeing as a cop pulled up right after i slashed your tyres, or to slash my tyres as revenge.

EDIT: For people that could claim the machete was an attack on his life, that's not what it was. You can clearly see in the clip below he wasn't even in his car when i slashed his tyres.

Full disclosure to anyone who is concerned, the initial verdict for this action request has been reviewed. We have decided that this first ruling was incorrect and want to rectify that mistake.

There was a large amount of history between @Ibrahim Mohammed and @LtWolf prior to this situation. Motivated by this, Thorgal was spiteful and decided to use his car to knock LtWolf over at a slow speed. He was briefly run at with a machete by @curak as he drove away, then he hid for some time. He was found by curak and LtWolf, they boxed him in and slashed his tires whilst he got out and ran. This retaliation was harsh but understandable. The direct threat to life presented by the machete and the act of slashing his tires as he was in the near vicinity, as well as being chased beforehand, warranted retaliation on his behalf. Whilst the way he retaliated was arguably excessive, curak and LtWolf "asked for" revenge to be taken against themselves and must accept that realistically a criminal is going to act excessively to such threat as that mentioned before.
