Why should this player be punished?: officer shot me without a warning to lower the gun went to help a friend because his car was getting stolen. Had my gun out but not raised nor pointed at him, as seen in the clip i was telling him not to shoot but ignored

The officers were unfortunately responding to a shooting at the time and from an officer POV, you are sprinting around a shots fired incident holding a gun that just happens to be the same model as the one being fired (Unknown if the model of gun was acknowledged). Ideally an IA should have been made at the time you made this AR.
