Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - The user thought it was a good idea to be standing in an uncontrolled PD raid to drop their current pistol on the floor to pick up another pistol whilst Infront of many officers with their weapons drawn, which resulted in their death.

Hello, I would just like to respond by saying I admit full responsibility for this and now understand the rule which was broken. I am relatively new to this server and I'm still trying to get used to the level of RP this server offers, I shall do better in the future and I apologise for this whole situation.
