Why should this player be punished?: I did not say or do anything to this guy, I don't even know him. He shot me dead, no warnings / reasons given, while I was unarmed. (I did have a concealed SW500 on me that I lost in this situation, but I never pulled it)

The user in question does not have a forum account. I will attempt to contact them in-game at a later date or add them on steam. This may take some time.

Spoke to the user in-game today. They assumed you were assisting the users who had just tried killing them, as seen in the video. The user is a new player and so I haven't issued a punishment, but a verbal warning.
