Jamari Evergreen: Started hitting random cars on the street for no reason when i was there just basically kind of cop baiting
Lucass Shelby: Doing that shit with Jamari but more aggravated.


1.When i let jamari go he takes the bat and starts hitting my car for no reason just basically cop baiting aswell

2.When i get ran over he runs away and he had PLENTY of time and very big opportunity to run away and hide knowing that i will be looking for him

3.Knowing that i will be looking for him to arrest him,he intentionally comes back to the location where it happened and pushes me trying to bait me again and then when i try to chase him he hit me with the bad and got arrested and started screaming 10 toes like a retard.


Basically these 2 just doing cop baiting, but lucass did it more which led into a pd raid.

@BI$HOP has been found not to break any rules (or rather, something that warrants punishment). It could be argued that they put their life at risk/freedom of imprisonment for committing crimes near an Officer but they responded to a car being aggravating towards them. After they were dealt with by Police they behaved themselves in a way to not further bring any Police attention.
They raided the PD afterwards but this is found to be legal and within reason.

@DrToast has been found to be breaking the rules for no other good reason than to bait cops. In both clips they seem to get involved for no other good reason other than to just start chases and being annoying, same in the second clip when they come back to punch you and evade arrest. In LOOC they seem to be "rioting" but for what I cannot pinpoint. If you riot then maybe do it without breaking the law for no good reason?
Sadly, you did not provide any evidence of them screaming "10 toes" or the resulting PD raid but thankfully this was easy to find in the logs and the actions that led after this. I will add this to the ban reason.
