Why should this player be punished?: User broke rule 5.1 Mugging by did this in a public area (was in direct view of tyre repair NPCs, also not a mugging area on Ellie's mugging map), he then killed me breaking 2.5 after he mugged me (I complied and he said he just wanted my gun).

@Zesmorak can you please explain your actions in the clips, why did you mug in a public area, and kill him afterwards?

User has been issued a warning for 5.1 due to mugging you in a public area, however when it comes to the 2.5 he was after checking logs and speaking to the player under direct threat and his actions were a reaction to that. He was also acting under a KOS from a higher up in his ORG, however he used your floating name to find you, and he has been spoken to and it was added to his 5.1 warning.
