Why should this player be punished?: The user attempts to intimidate me in voice chat by threatening an "F6" and that I "will be getting banned" if I followed through with the arrest - the rule in question is 3.21 Staying In-Character which they don't seem to do though I'm open to hearing their defence. I can imagine this behaviour being successful if I was a new or easily impressionable officer, which is why I am making this report! Sorry for the blur at the end of the video I have protected the steam messages that I received for privacy and don't know how to use davinci resolve.

I assumed due to past conversations I have had that PD intero is OOC/IC depending on situations , I had had a server crash error and mentioned it to the officer in LOOC in pd parking when he originally arrested me however he failed to acknowledge what I was telling him in LOOC so o spoke to him as I wasn’t sure if he was reading LOOC however as stated most INTERO situations I have been in use OOC convos as well

I was getting annoyed as they had told me they are going to confiscate my AS-50 due to me not storing it after they told me to , even though they never asked me to store it and cuffed me as soon as I rejoined after the server crash (my side) so the fact they lied to my face had got me really heated in the moment

Also when I say “ban” I am referring to PD blacklist because of them
Lying and confiscating on false grounds
