@Kappagrinder69xd has failed to provide a statement justifying their actions. It is quite clear here that their intention was to stall RP and prevent any loss of items that they had on them. This breaks 3.4 and 3.6 as he subsequently died as a result.

As he has already been banned for a separate 3.4 break, his current ban will be extended by 1 week for this Action Request. His total ban to serve therefore will be 2 weeks.
