Details:
As you can see in the clip, i knew there was a raid earlier cuz i was gonna go down to my base. I come again later at which you see in the clip, i enter since i saw the cop leave and removing barricades. I open the door without a gun in my hand but on my back and instantly gets shot. I dont think its justifiable to instantly kill me, as soon as i open the door. They didnt even check if i were armed or not since they instantly shot as soon as i open the door.

Seemed clear to me since the cop was removing barricades at the end of harbour lane and leaving but, oh well.

So let's use our brains here and analyze the situation here...
You've driven towards somewhere you've said yourself, you knew a raid had occurred.
An ambulance was reversing, assuming to move away to a safe distance and a roadcrew was trying to get in, that would probably be the reason the officer removed the barricades.
You haven't even let the officer finish replacing them instead you've ragdolled him with your car and continued in without even communicating to the officer or asking if the situation is over.
You've now walked into an active raid with a gun on your back and after all of that you expect not to be shot?
