Why should this player be punished?: I was responding to an incident at WC1 with multiple life alerts, so I thought it was a possible shootout. When I got there, I went behind my cruiser to observe the property, and then the user I report came and told me he was the owner. I told him multiple times, while aiming a gun at him, to leave the area, but he refused at first. Then, when he started reversing at low speed, I told him to get out and surrender, as at this point I couldn't believe him due to the fact that he was ignoring me. Regardless, he ignored me and left. It happened yesterday.
