Suggestion Title: Add a "-1" reaction to the Forums ShoutBox.
Suggestion Description: Since there's a +1 reaction I don't see why a -1 reaction wouldn't be added. There are plenty of things that people disagree upon ,so this way they can use the -1 reaction.
Why should this be added?:
- Allow people to express their opinion on certain things
What negatives could this have?:
- I really don't see any negatives
