Suggestion Title: Add a division duties timer a requirement to apply for RTT
Suggestion Description: Add maybe a 5-10 hour division duties timer to the requirements of becoming an RTT, this'll stop people from spamming applications after being told to get more playtime as an RTO.

Why should this be added?:
- to stop people spamming

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time
People who deserve RTT, and are recommended to get RTT ate unable to do so due to their playtime

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People spamming the RTT application

This was discussed as we were putting the application together and we as a Command Team unanimously decided against it, no one spams the application with an absurdly low Traffic playtime and a vast majority of applicants accumulate a significant amount of hours before applying anyway.

You are suggesting a solution to a problem that genuinely does not exist. The idea of an “RTT application spammer” is a complete fallacy, or at least it is from my perspective, and I’m the longest serving Captain of Operations services.

RTU has a relatively lenient recruitment practice meaning plenty of applicants can apply. In lieu of this, it is ideal that Road Traffic Trainers are able to be recruited with more lenient requirements. Since traffic officer is available to all from the get go, It would make sense that the role of RTT allow as many as possible to be able to apply for said role.

The command team already do a great job at weeding out the ideal from the inept and this stands as enough in terms of ensuring the role is being given to only those who truly deserve it.

Denied

As has already been said, it's entirely based on our discretion and it would not make sense to limit every single person to a set time requirement when different people might be ready to take on further responsibilities at different points. If you were given feedback that you should spend more time as a Traffic Officer before trying to take on the role of trainer then that is specific to you because we feel you would benefit from having more experience first.
