Suggestion Title: Add a new "Stolen Vehicles" section on the Police Computer.
Suggestion Description: As the title may suggest, the addition of a separate "Stolen Vehicles" tab in the police computer.

This would then make a clear separation between people who are warranted and people whose vehicles have been stolen.
There have been countless times when I've seen people mistake them, even older officers.

Why should this be added?:
- People wouldn't get falsely IDd as warranted suspects.
- Less false detainments.

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Already mentioned.

It is fairly common to make this mistake, separating this would just be generally better

+1 the amount of times I see this on the warranted tab thinking it's a warranted person has happened to me so many times it's actually sad.

Could also maybe replace the picture of the owner with a picture of the car and its color+modifications.

What if instead of the person being shown in the image next to the vehicle stolen, the car, including vehicle color, was shown there?
