Suggestion Title: Add a Police section to the Images Menu
Suggestion Description: Add a Police section to the images tab so we can have images available to all Officers on duty. Restrict the ability to upload images to Command members/SMT+
Why should this be added?:
- Makes universal images for certain incidents
- Have images available for all Officers rather than having to go and make them/get them off someone yourself.
What negatives could this have?:
- Don't see any
