Suggestion Title: Add a search bar to the Penal Code
Suggestion Description: Add a search bar at the top of the Penal Code webpage that filters laws to show only those that include the text you typed.
Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life
- You can't search from the in-game HTML view (you can in a browser, with Ctrl+F)
What negatives could this have?:
(none that I could think of)
