Suggestion Title: Hi guys I think adding 15-30 seconds ads should be added to perp below
Suggestion Description: Watch some ads to unlock certain perks, nothing too crazy so it will not give an advantage to those who want to be "addless"
I will explain below what it should look like, why and what they would do
You will I've added the "MoneyTV" app this is how it will work you will then go through your option of what you'd like to select
Criminal - 20 second ad = Lightly armoured
Cop - 20 second ad (balanced with crim) = Faster reload time
Mayor - 15 second ad = $3k in city budget (may be abused)
2x weed grow time - 30 second ad
1.5x coke grow time - 45 second ad
99% crowbar luck - 30 second ad
Instant vehicle repair - 30 second ad
10 minutes perp funny moments video - 7 days premium silver (premium silver and gold will be in an upcoming suggestion so don't be too confused guys dw)
2 minutes off black screen timer - 30 second ad (can only be watched once every hour as to not disrupt the flow of the game)
If you do not have premium ads will play when you do the following:
Go on a job - 15 second ad
Open f1 menu - 10 second ad
Emergency text - banner ad (can be closed instantly)
Why should this be added?: I love this server so much!!! I often have nightmares about it being closed due to financial difficulty with my help it will not happen and that way @Bertie has something to keep living for after his divorce
What negatives could this have?: Raids could be overpowered if you stack crowbar chance with armour but there could also be a feature with the house alarm that gives the home owner a chance to watch an ad and have unbreakable doors for 5 mins (15 minute cool down)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The problem of my favourite gmod server possibly going away or being ruined by new greedy owners
