What negatives could this have?:
- Less creativity for people setting up own things
- not too important

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It is a bit silly and unrealistic for viewers and press to have to stand when watching a speech this isn't a concert.

The only negative is the current system has much more potential and you can shape it to be anything you want. Honestly just place down your own chairs, you can ask for a prop extension.
