Map Suggestion City Shop Revamp

Suggestion Title: City Shop Revamp
Suggestion Description: Rework of City Shop building

Why should this be added?:
- A lot of shit currently happening and it is mainly used as a base and causing problems then used as a shop.
- Less of a shit show for PD
- It actually functions as a shop
- No further mapping needs to be edited as the frame of city shop can stay the same; all it does it make it 1 big floor with no back rooms et cetera making it an actual shop instead of a half-shop half-base scenario.

What negatives could this have?:
- None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The aforementioned issues

Additionally a second floor could be added on top just place a staircase in the middle from left to right or right to left and make another floor above it. however this could be more of a shit show again for PD that is why the amazing drawing is only 1 floor.

The top is almost never used as a base. its fine as it is. the upstairs is used for a org workbenches

sounds like bazzar dwellers cant handle the pressure of a good shop. if u have a good shop and alot of people coming to it alot of things happen

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with the shop itself; people just seem to completely ignore 3.4 in City Shop specifically, way too often by committing crime and thinking a shop is the place to hide & start shootouts in or around. Why that is the case is anybody's guess
