Suggestion Title: Add evidence tags
Suggestion Description: When investigating scenes officers have to mark guns with cones and cones take up a lot of space so i got the idea to add something simple an evidence tag seen here

Why should this be added?:
- because it is simple and takes up little space

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: using little space making investigations easier
