Suggestion Title: add skull reaction to emoji
Suggestion Description: so users can use it in shoutbox and writing messages. Would be better than having to screenshot a small icon then attach it as a photo every time.

Why should this be added?:
- convenient
- harmless and helpful addition
- Probably better for everybody to have less attachment uploads to lessen the download / upload on both ends

What negatives could this have?:
