Suggestion Title: Add support for other image hosting services
Suggestion Description: As you are probably aware, Imgur is now blocked in the UK, which is a problem as every fucking image frame and billboard image is hosted there. Therefore, UK players (a substantial portion of PERPs playerbase) cannot see anything. We should be able to use other image hosting services.

Why should this be added?:
- So people can see images

What negatives could this have?:
No clue

What problem would this suggestion solve?: UK users not being able to see images

We are actively working on a solution to the imgur situation. We are hesitent to just move to another service as this could just happen again. We will update the community when we have a solution.
