Suggestion Title: Add the ability to give keys/storage to specific properties
Suggestion Description: As the title suggests, we should have the ability to grant keys/storage to certain properties. Often I find myself with a bazaar shop and apartment and someone asks for storage at bazaar. I would usually be inclined to give them keys but if I don't really know them I wouldn't like them also having access to my apartment.
Why should this be added?:
- Allows for more customization, access wise
-Can promote "landlord" roleplay where people can rent certain properties.
What negatives could this have?:
- Might be a hassle to code/change the UI
