Add the ability to inject meth

Hi!

Description of the idea: I saw @BigBenji post about being able to roll your own joints, it would be cool if we also could add the ability to inject meth with a syringe and sniff cocaine.

Why should this be added? (pros): Good for roleplay

What negatives could this have? (cons): none

Can you elaborate what kind of pros this would bring other than "Good for roleplay"? what about cons? What should it even do if you inject it? I have no way to currently vote for this because this whole suggestions is barebones.

@Aquaa already injected meth on PERP.



Injecting meth is something that isn't really done IRL at all except from literal on deaths door junkies.
