Why should this be added? (pros): The ability to report your own message helps if you want it deleted

This is not permission based, we can only allow/disallow you to report shoutbox content, but it seems like server sided logic stops you from reporting youself. And this is something we can only change by either editing the addon itself, or changing the Xenforo template. Neither is a good idea.

So this will be denied.
