Suggestion Title: Additional signage adjustments for 6.1
Suggestion Description:
1.
Add a 30 MPH speed limit sign to the City Storage entrance to prevent the 40 MPH Station Hill speed limit conflicting with the 30 MPH speed limit on Creed St when you enter via storage

2. Move the Fire Engine warning signs at Station Hill so that they are actually useful to drivers passing the station

3. Change the Station Hill/Oak Hill junction to give priority to Station Hill/Oak Hill, making Saint Rock St yield to cross traffic as this is far more sane than the current layout which causes collisions due to the junction's confusing layout

4. Add directional arrow markings and give way lines to the Business and Suburbs Roundabout

5. Add a central traffic island dividing the way in and out of the Bazaar Parking at the Business Roundabout

Why should this be added?:
- Better driving experience
- Prevents likely future policy and law issues due to poor or conflicting signage
- Some signs could be placed more effectively than they currently are, making the most of the entities on the map

What negatives could this have?:
- There do not appear to be many disadvantages of this bar moving or adding a few signs to the map

What problem would this suggestion solve?: There will be no more collisions ever if this suggestion is implemented™

While there are changes to signs and their placement in 6.1 most of these specific changes are not being implemented at this time. I'll try and provide a little reasoning to each point:

  1. This change is uneccessary given other changes in 6.1.
  2. The fire engine sign is pretty much entirely decoratice (and currently isn't even in 6.1). Even if returned it will remain mostly decorative and so in a place where it doesn't gain as much attention as the more important signs.
  3. For now this junction may be trialed as traffic light controlled, replacing the removed set on Main St, in order to make using the highway to get to suburbs a more appealing route, and to bring back the ability for police to ticket people for running red lights without needing a pedestrian to cross the road. If the lights do not end up in this location the yeild layout may change, though no promises, the current layout was implemented like this for other reasons.
  4. Giveway lines are currently added for 6.1, though not arrows at this time.
  5. Suburbs roundabout has recieved dividers with keep right arrows in 6.1, but they have been purposefully left from the Business roundabout enternce/exits because of its significantly reduced size which may cause issues for larger (especially longer) vehicles.

Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions, I am trying not to give too much away regarding the 6.1 update due to some of it's substantial and exciting changes.
