Suggestion Title: Advert App
Suggestion Description: We all know about this one annoying spot in the bottom right corner of your phone screen that doesnt have anything on it, so adding an app where you can advert from any distance just like the old advert system where you could use /advert, but with a bigger price and a delay time.
for example if you're making an advert from bazaar would take a minute or so and more money

Why should this be added?:
- Making the advert system easier

What negatives could this have?:
- Time that could be used on other things

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being able to advert your shop or ect. without the need of driving half the map

they removed the advert system VIA chat to avoid people being able to just “advert” anything whenever, i think if they added an app it would make the PLN stall and building completely useless.

No need to get an advert app, just go to the PLN Building or stall and make ur advert there?

Pufferfish explained it pretty well, it was added to stop people from advertising random stuff from anywhere.

There is the PLN building and the PLN stall you can use, you don't need to travel that far at all
