Rip attempted taking out 3 officers himself lol and then jarred gets banned for it, even though jarred actually had a weapon

3.4- Broke the agreement after one day of being unbanned, meaning he will be permanently banned from the server. 3.4 was broken as he tried to take the WHOLE police force down with a desert eagle. I doubt that an appeal will be accepted after 9 bans and several warnings, this was his last chance as he accepted to the agreement.
