Suggestion Title: Agree/disagree rating for suggestion comments
Suggestion Description: Add the ability to agree/disagree with suggestion comments

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Making use of the rating system to prevent unnecessary messages, no more "I agree with this" comments

What negatives could this have?:
- Nothing really, these ratings are both relevant to the suggestion in some way
- Development resources

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Does not solve an existing problem

Would weigh the votes in favor of the cool kids
Might just require more forum moderation in this area, realistically a +1/agree post should be deleted for forum rule 2.5 and an upvote should show sufficient support
