Description of the idea:
Make the dot on the Aimpoint sight smaller to make it a better than being just a worse, more expensive version of a Rifle Red Dot sight.
As it stands the sight is just a tunnel vision rifle red dot, this change could allow the sight to be used beneficially as a red dot sight for longer ranged combat.
Making the dot smaller will optimise the weapon at longer ranges as the current dot sight doesn't give 100% accurate readings at longer ranges.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Differentiates it to the rifle red dot positively.
- Makes the sight useful.
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Idk
