Suggestion Title: Allow buddies and org members to put house/smoke alarms on
Suggestion Description: The ability for people who have the key permission to put house alarms and smoke alarms on. This is so the owner doesnt have to and others can if the owner is busy. This is useful if a friend is busy or has stuff to do and you dont want to get raided however when you put the house and smoke alarms on buddies/org members get home security notifications and not just them.
Why should this be added?:
- doesn't require you to nag the owner

Simple thing
What negatives could this have?:
- dev time
Abuse of this system
What problem would this suggestion solve?: You dont have to nag the owner also if people have keys and you trust them with your base theyre trusted enough to use house alarms and get notifications.
