Police Suggestion Allow custom reticles on service weapons

Suggestion Title: Allow custom reticles on service weapons
Suggestion Description: Allow custom reticles to be applied to your service weapons to use on duty in PLPD. Obviously only a per-person thing so only be able to use your own owned reticles you've made.

Why should this be added?:
- cool reticle go brrrrrr

What negatives could this have?:
- really none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: My depression of using basic red dots

Literally just have your Optic Modification Tool on you, go on-duty and get your gun with a sight and you can use it like normal?
