- Adds more benefits for being an RTT

- the Mercedes being more used making it harder to flee

Tbf. RTU already has boosted cars way beyond their actual maximum speed. I don't think it should be extended towards RTT. Just become sergeant. I don't think is necessary personally as an RTU trainer

The police interceptor should remain a Sergeant reward, encourages people to become one, and consequently to progress their career within the PLPD. Also, it's not a cage unit, so it would be an issue having too many people with access to it.
