Suggestion Title: Allow the computer monitors to act like signs
Suggestion Description: The computer monitor props such as the modern one and the old one should act like sign boards to display images (4:3 for the CRT/old monitor, 16:9 for the modern computer monitor). They have no purpose right now and while you can use them on builds they look kinda dull.
This would let people show video game screenshots, store checkouts, or anything else that would fit on a screen better, it also fixes the issue that the sign resolutions right now are abit off and more images conform to these standards. The old monitor screen should overlay the crt filter on images like the TV does.
Why should this be added?:
- Gives the props new purpose.
- Allows for more creative builds in passive designs or neater signs like a checkout counter
What negatives could this have?:
- Aren't signs an entity? Could cause lag
